returns & refunds

Our collection is made to order. Every time you place an order, the manufacturer / the artisan starts creating your bespoke piece which is why the order cannot be cancelled. For this reason we do not offer returns nor refunds on any of our products. If the product is damaged or faulty, please reach out to us at info@kuky.co within 24 hours after receiving the goods to notify us. We will resolve any issues promptly as we really care to make you happy! 

Please note that we use natural veneers for our wood furniture so variation in colours and wood knots on the surface are to be expected. We also use natural marbles, irregular colour and veining is also to be expected of this material as each slab is unique from the next. These observations do not make the product faulty.
